Independent Arts Projects (IAP) works with individual artists to make and tour brilliant performances for audiences.

We recently launched our NEA Youth Arts Residencies programme with North Edinburgh Arts. Deadline is 10th March.

We recently announced that IAP will be collaborating with disabled people to co-design a year-long programme of sensory arts projects for those who experience multiple barriers to access to mainstream arts activities.

For the moment we’re holding regular check-in meetings with and for our freelance community. For information see our monthly check-ins for freelancers, recently we held meetings with venues, a freelancers & festivals meeting and a freelancers & companies meeting.

We are currently working reduced hours due to lockdown and the ongoing impact of the pandemic. Until Tuesday 23rd February, working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm.
